A Place of Comfort, Furnished.

My last post about the guest room showed the room finished but unfurnished. We were waiting for a newly purchased mattress to arrive. It did so last week. The room has been otherwise furnished with re-purposed furniture and bedding.  We like it.

 What's with these mattresses today? They are so high I need a step to get into the bed. Short people problems I suppose. Please pay no attention to the clothes on the bed. It's my husbands way of decorating (read taking over any and every available horizontal empty space). Notice the papers on the dresser too? I guess he thinks it makes it more "homey".

 All that's left to do in here are the details; photos on the wall and window dressings. I have idea's but time isn't in my favor right now and I'm in no hurry.  All done in good time. We're on to the next project.
